Senior Information Security Engineering Analyst - Identity Access Management

Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver IAM and manual access provisioning objectives aligned with client and managed service roadmaps
- Review, validate, and process access requests per IAM governance, risk, and business justification
- Enforce IAM and PAM policies, coordinating approvals for privileged and non‑privileged access
- Manage access using RBAC/ABAC, ensuring least privilege and SoD compliance
- Perform user provisioning and de‑provisioning, including privileged, service, and emergency accounts, with audit documentation
- Conduct access reviews and recertifications, remediating excessive or dormant access
- Support security incident response by disabling compromised accounts and providing access logs
- Collaborate with SOC and SIEM teams to enable identity‑based monitoring and threat detection
- Identify and mitigate identity‑related risks and support TVM and penetration testing remediation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (SOX, HIPAA, ISO, SOC2)
- Partner with IT, security, risk, and audit teams to implement security‑first IAM practices
- Mentor analysts, manage SLAs, and drive continuous improvement through IAM data analysis
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in Security implementation , delivery and operations
- Solid understanding of IAM, Siem, SOC,PAM,Risk,TVM, PEN test, SIR concepts
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel)
- Proven excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills
