Location: Cebu | Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG

What You’ll Do

Partner with business heads to align people strategies with organizational goals.
Lead workforce planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Champion employee engagement, culture-building, and labor relations.
Coach and guide managers on leadership, performance, and discipline practices.
Use HR analytics to deliver insights that shape business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field (Master’s/HR certifications a plus).
Strong grasp of Philippine labor laws and CBA administration.
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG industries preferred.
Excellent communicator and coach with strong business acumen.
Data-driven, agile, and passionate about building high-performing teams.
