Human Resource Generalist

HR generalist (ON-SITE)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related support role
• Experience with:
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Employee relation
• Employee records and HR documentation
• Benefits administration or payroll support (timekeeping)

• Understanding of:
• Labor and employment laws
• HR policies and procedures
• Recruitment and selection processes
• Performance management and training coordination
• Familiarity with HRIS systems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service mindset (supporting employees and managers)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic reporting and data entry skills
• Comfort with digital tools, databases, and HR software

• Professional, ethical, and discreet
• Approachable and team-oriented
• Adaptable and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
