Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our remote team. This role involves reaching out to potential property sellers, generating qualified leads, and ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and a genuine sense of urgency.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of real estate processes, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage calls effectively using our internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to pre-screened real estate sellers
  • Deliver accurate and timely information to potential sellers regarding available property options
  • Log and update all call activity in the CRM, ensuring lead statuses remain current and accurate
  • Use call management software to document each interaction and follow established outreach protocols
  • Build working knowledge of real estate terminology to engage sellers with confidence and credibility
  • Qualify leads by uncovering core motivations, selling intentions, and key property details
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone throughout every conversation, building trust with potential clients
  • Work with the internal team to escalate qualified leads for further follow-up and action

Mandatory Skills:

  • Clear, articulate spoken English with a neutral accent
  • Confident, empathetic, and engaging communication style
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured outreach processes consistently
  • Comfortable working within CRM platforms and phone dialing systems
  • Able to maintain focus and productivity in a high-volume calling environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Prior experience in real estate or a genuine eagerness to learn industry-specific language and processes

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in real estate cold calling or outbound lead generation
  • Familiarity with lead tracking systems and call logging platforms
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of dialing tools such as Ready Mode or comparable platforms (preferred, not required)
