Listings Officer (Real Estate)

You’ll play a key role in presenting properties in the best possible light to attract potential buyers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, upload, and manage property listings on various real estate platforms and company systems
• Ensure all listing details (descriptions, pricing, photos, and specifications) are accurate and up-to-date.
• Write compelling property descriptions that highlight key selling points
• Monitor listing performance and update content as needed
• Maintain an organized database of active, pending, and closed listings
• Respond to inquiries related to listings and route them to the appropriate agent
• Ensure compliance with company standards and real estate regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in real estate, listings management, or administrative roles is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with listing platforms (e.g., Property portals such as Lamudi etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willing to work in Talayan Quezon City on hybrid work arrangement
