About the role

As a Real Estate Sales Associate with Flag City Properties Inc., you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes in the vibrant Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila area. This full-time position will see you working closely with prospective buyers to understand their needs, showcase relevant properties, and guide them through the entire sales process.

1. Actively prospecting and generating leads through various marketing channels
2. Conducting property viewings and providing exceptional customer service to clients
3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet personal and team targets
4. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and property details
5. Continuously expanding your knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
6. Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the residential real estate industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges
4. Passion for the local property market and understanding of relevant regulations
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards a shared goal.
