Role Summary
Support growth initiatives across sales outreach, partner marketing, and content. You’ll help build pipelines, launch campaigns, and analyze results—learning the full go-to-market cycle in a real startup.
Responsibilities- Prospecting & Outreach: Build clinic/partner lists, cold email/DM, book demos, manage calendars.
- Discovery & Demos: Join discovery calls, assist live product demos, handle objections, log call notes.
- Deal Management & Closing: Track opportunities, prepare proposals/SOAs, coordinate contracts, push to closed-won.
- After-Sales & Onboarding: Handoff to success, assist setup, schedule training, ensure first-60-day adoption.
- Retention & Upsell: Run NPS/check-ins, capture testimonials/case studies, surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Content & Social: Draft posts (Canva + captions), publish on FB/IG/LinkedIn/TikTok; align with campaigns.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain leads/opps in HubSpot/Sheets, track funnel KPIs, build simple weekly dashboards.
- Events & Partnerships: Support webinars, booths, school/association tie-ups, and follow-up workflows.
- Strong communication (English/Tagalog), clear writing and personable tone.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides); basic spreadsheet skills (filters, pivots a plus).
- Familiar with Canva and major social platforms; proactive learner.
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable with targets and feedback.
- Bonus: basic CRM (HubSpot), email tools, Meta/TikTok Ads, simple video editing, healthcare interest.
- Full sales/marketing funnel from prospecting to closed-won.
- Copywriting, content ops, and campaign execution in a regulated space.
- CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and analytics for decision-making.
- How scrappy teams ship real outcomes in a bootstrapped startup.
- Format: Academic Internship (With Commission).
- Setup: Hybrid (Metro Manila).
- Duration: 4-5 months
- Hours: Flexible, with periodic evening/weekend events if needed.
