Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist (IT Hiring)

Job Summary:

The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on IT hiring across multiple verticals (e.g., applications, infrastructure, support, and digital roles). This role partners closely with hiring managers and external vendors to deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

In addition to recruitment, the role supports HR operations, reporting, and process optimization, leveraging automation and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Recruitment & Hiring Process
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements, competencies, and market-aligned expectations
  • Source candidates for roles such as Application Support, Systems Engineers, IT Operations, Developers, and Infrastructure roles
  • Conduct initial HR and behavioral interviews; assess candidate alignment with technical and business requirements
  • Facilitate end-to-end interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Handle salary benchmarking, endorsement, and job offer preparation
  • Provide onboarding guidelines and ensure smooth candidate transition
  1. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders across multiple verticals
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors specializing in IT talent acquisition
  • Distribute weekly manpower requirements and monitor vendor performance and submissions
  • Provide market insights on IT talent availability, salary trends, and hiring challenges in the Philippines
  1. Sourcing & Candidate Management
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor networks to attract high-quality IT candidates
  • Perform resume screening and initial assessments focusing on both technical exposure and cultural fit
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active IT candidates
  • Endorse qualified profiles and manage interview feedback loops efficiently
  1. Recruitment Operations & HR Support
  • Process billings in SAP (e.g., background checks, contracts, referrals)
  • Manage employee referral program payouts and communications
  • Oversee system setup for interns and apprentices
  • Coordinate scheduling of foreign nationals with BOI
  • Manage JobStreet account renewal and utilization
  1. Reporting & Data Management
  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates
  • Maintain accurate and updated HR databases and candidate trackers
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements
  1. Process Improvement & Automation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment processes
  • Lead or support automation projects to enhance sourcing, tracking, and reporting efficiency
  • Identify bottlenecks in IT hiring and recommend scalable solutions
  1. Engagement & Talent Development
  • Represent the company in job fairs and IT hiring events
  • Support internal programs such as the Build Lead Program, training stakeholders on recruitment best practices
  • Promote and strengthen employee referral programs to attract niche IT talent
  1. Compliance & Onboarding Coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
  • Oversee completion of pre-employment requirements prior to onboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including:
  • Badge requests
  • Distribution list (DL) inclusion
  • SOW, PR, and other documentation requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT/Technical hiring
  • Proven experience hiring for roles such as IT support, applications, infrastructure, and software development
  • Experience in vendor management and high-volume recruitment environments
  • Background in shared services or BPO is an advantage

  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
