PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (THAI & ENGLISH SPEAKER)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor who is fluent in both Thai and English to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met efficiently, maintaining product quality standards, promoting workplace safety, and leading production personnel to achieve operational excellence.

This role requires strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Lead, train, and motivate production personnel to improve productivity and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve production-related issues.
Monitor product quality and take corrective actions when necessary.

Prepare production reports and provide updates to management.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or any related field.
Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and quality control.
Ability to supervise, train, and motivate production personnel to achieve operational targets.
Experience in monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of orders.
Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is an advantage.
Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours when necessary.
