Be part of our client's team as a Customer Care Representative and help shape meaningful connections with customers around the globe. You'll respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding service while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of what you do.

Skills You'll Bring
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in BPO or non-BPO settings
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite in Clark, Pampanga
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends across a 24-hour period
  • Familiarity with Office365 is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills
