As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll:

  • Handle inbound calls on transfer agency services (account transfers, shareholder transactions, maintenance).
  • Deliver exceptional client support with strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless service.
  • Stay updated on market trends and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications: SHS Graduate or 2 years in college

1 yr international voice BPO (Financial/Banking) OR 2 yrs generic CSR BPO exp

Willing to work onsite and night shift

Salary & Benefits:
Basic: ₱19,000 – ₱23,000
Complexity Allowance: ₱3,000
Standard Allowance: ₱2,675
Total Guarantee Pay: ₱24,675 – ₱28,675 (based on experience)
