• Salary: PHP 25,000 – 27,000 (up to PHP 30,000 based on experience)

Job Overview

We are hiring detail-oriented professionals for a non-voice, back-office role supporting a US-based healthcare account. This position focuses on data entry, document processing, and records management, requiring strong accuracy and the ability to work within structured systems.

• Perform data entry and updating of patient, insurance, and account records
• Review and process healthcare-related documents with accuracy and completeness
• Validate information and resolve data discrepancies
• Handle email or chat-based tasks (non-voice support) when required
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

• Experience in non-voice (chat/email), data entry, or back-office roles within a healthcare account (at least 1 year)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Familiarity with healthcare processes (claims, eligibility, authorizations, or billing) is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Familiarity with HIPAA or data privacy standards is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and navigating multiple systems
• Good written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment
