We are seeking a talented and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at StaffSmart Outsourcing in Pasay City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.This is a full-time, onsite position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing- Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Addressing customer concerns and complaints, and working to resolve them effectively
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting case resolutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer service strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and professional service
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on finding solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Fluency in English and the local language (Ilocano)
