Warehouse Assistant (Encoder)

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should be organized, physically fit, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• College graduate of any Business-related course or Information Technology (IT) course.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Assistant or in a similar warehouse/logistics role.
• Proficient in data encoding and basic computer applications (MS Office, especially Excel).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse-related tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably male.

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities and conditions of items.
• Encode warehouse transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Put away received items into designated storage locations.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Monitor and track customer orders and delivery status.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure proper housekeeping practices.
• Prepare, process, and transmit warehouse documents.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding inventory and order fulfillment.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
