Job Description:

The Sales Support role assists the sales team by managing administrative tasks, organizing leads, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that sales processes run smoothly. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, supporting follow-ups, and helping sales agents stay organized and efficient.

The Sales Support team member plays a key role in ensuring consistent communication, proper CRM management, and smooth coordination between customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage incoming leads within the CRM system
  • Assist the sales team by preparing lead lists, tracking inquiries, and updating customer information
  • Coordinate schedules, consultations, and booking availability for sales agents
  • Support follow-ups with potential clients to maintain engagement and assist the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including lead status, notes, and booking updates
  • Prepare basic reports on leads, conversions, and sales activities
  • Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and other internal departments
  • Monitor inquiries and ensure timely responses when required
  • Utilize AI assistants and workflow automation tools to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, or customer service roles
  • Experience working with CRM systems or customer management platforms is an advantage
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, calendars, and digital communication platforms
  • Strong computer literacy including spreadsheets, documents, and online systems
  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in service-based industries is a plus
  • Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers
  • Ability to support multiple sales agents simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and digital platforms
  • Office-based availability for daily operational support
  • Adaptable to AI assistants and workflow automation tools
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team environment
