Sales Support Associate
About the Role
Trei Scion Marketing Development is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Sales Support Associate to strengthen our growing sales operations in the importation and distribution of feed ingredients.
This role is ideal for candidates with solid experience in sales support, telemarketing, customer coordination, and sales administration who can effectively support day-to-day sales activities, maintain customer relationships, and ensure smooth transaction processing from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales transactions professionally and promptly.
- Conduct telemarketing and lead follow-up activities to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare quotations, sales documentation, reports, order summaries, and transaction records.
- Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams to monitor deliveries and shipment schedules.
- Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and sales documentation.
- Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to clients regarding delivery schedules and transaction status.
- Support account servicing and customer relationship management activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, sales materials, and reports for management.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of sales-related documents.
- Perform other duties related to sales support and business operations as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Business Communication, or any related field
✔ Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, Sales Support, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or a similar role✔ Strong verbal and written English communication skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital systems/databases
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
✔ Professional customer handling and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications (Advantage)- Experience in importation, agricultural products, feed ingredients, livestock, trading, or supply chain-related industries
