Sales Support & Telemarketing Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support & Telemarketing Associate to support sales operations, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales transaction processing. The ideal candidate will assist in telemarketing activities, coordinate sales-related documentation, maintain customer records, and provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.

• Conduct telemarketing and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients for lead generation, follow-ups, and sales support
• Assist in processing sales transactions, quotations, purchase requests, and sales documentation
• Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, product/service information, and order updates
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports accurately
• Support the sales team in monitoring client accounts, schedules, and sales activities
• Prepare sales reports, summaries, and basic documentation as required
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of sales-related transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Communication, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing is required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in telemarketing, customer engagement, sales support, or sales coordination is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer applications
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, intuitive, versatile, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
