Content Development Associate

Agile and Lean Content Developer (Multimedia and Learning Experience (LX)) – a creative specialist responsible for translating complex technical concepts into engaging, high-fidelity learning materials, digital contents, or brand assets. This role focuses on “hands-on” production of multimedia assets – specifically video, graphics, and interactive documents – to ensure effective knowledge transfer or any creative material across organization’s digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content, presentations, videos, and interactive elements.
• Multimedia Integration: Blend graphics, audio, and video to enhance engagement and accessibility.
• SME Collaboration: Partner with Subject matter Experts and Instructional Designers to simplify complex data into user-friendly output.
• Quality & Version Control: Conduct rigorous proofreading and editing while maintaining organized version control to reflect ongoing improvements.
• Accessibility & Inclusivity: Ensure all developed materials adhere to modern accessibility guidelines to reach diverse audience.

Needed Expertise:

• Visual Storytelling & Media Skills: Proficiency in Media tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut/Clipchamp, AI assistants) to incorporate graphics, video, elements, effects into content output.
• Intermediate to Advanced Writing & Editorial: Strong ability to write clear, concise, and engaging scripts and instructional guides.
• Audience Analysis: Deep understanding of various learning styles to tailor content specifically to target audience needs.
• Research & Synthesis: Ability to conduct independent research and analyze data to create accurate, well-informed resources.
• Agile Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt content quickly.
• Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in the artistry of the MS Office Suite (Word, PPT, etc.) for seamless content delivery and external viewing.
