We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Branch Operations Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and leading branch personnel toward achieving company goals and performance targets.

Qualifications
Education- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Relevant supervisory, leadership, or organizational experience is an advantage.
- At least one (1) year of supervisory experience in a motorcycle dealership, retail business, food chain, or related industry is preferred.
- Experience in branch operations, inventory management, customer service, sales administration, or credit processing is an advantage.
- Exposure to team leadership, performance monitoring, and operational reporting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Capable of implementing company policies, operational procedures, and performance standards effectively.
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the assigned branch.
- Ensure efficient branch performance and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory, sales transactions, and operational activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch personnel to achieve performance objectives.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with relevant departments regarding branch requirements.
- Support the achievement of branch sales and collection targets while ensuring operational excellence.
