• Drive end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding
• Be the go-to HR partner for employees and Japanese management
• Ensure DOLE compliance, permits, and accreditations stay current
• Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical)
• Lead company events and culture-building initiatives
• Support payroll data and coordinate with the accountant
• Monitor billing cycles and assist with admin operations

• BS Psychology or BSHRM graduate (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of HR experience (end-to-end recruitment)
• Open to work on holidays and occasional overtime
• Strong English communicator — written and verbal
• Cross-culturally aware; working with Japanese staff is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Solid grasp of Philippine labor laws
