JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Business or Engineering Courses
With at least 2 years related working experience
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships
Handles purchasing role and function in a Real Estate industry
Knowledgeable in SAP System
Can start immediately

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Canvasses and sources materials, products, and services based on specifications with the best possible price
Negotiates with suppliers for best prices
Ensures common understanding of payment schedule with Suppliers for consistency and compliance
Maintains updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Reviews and maintains updated record of approved and qualified suppliers for the assigned material
Checks billings from suppliers
Coordinates with Finance & Accounting Department for the processing of Accounts Payables to Suppliers
Prepares Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) using SAP System and forward it to accounting for payment processing
Makes updated inventory of materials in the warehouse
Escalates to the immediate head if there are any concerns/issues from your end
Handles other functions that may be assigned by the immediate head/management
