Your Purpose

The Business Development Manager will provide pipeline-driven business development services specifically targeting Industrial Factory, EPC, and Solar EPC Projects in the Philippines. Supporting the early-stage project identification, lead generation and pipeline development.

Roles and Responsibilities

Market Development & Opportunity Identification:

  • Identify and develop new EPC project leads from the following sources:
  • Industrial Parks (PEZA)
  • Park Developers and leasing team
  • Design Consultants, PM companies, brokers and investors

Industrial Park & Network Development:

  • Establish and maintain a structured network of industrial parks identify and develop new EPC project leads from both Industrial Park Leasing and Management teams.
  • Lead market development initiatives for manufacturing and industrial plant projects in the Philippines.
  • Identify project opportunities in factory construction, expansion, upgrading, and production facilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with private manufacturing owners, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Client Engagement & Project Development:

  • Engage with clients during early project stages to understand technical and commercial requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to support project development activities.
  • Support client meetings, presentations, and project briefings.

Project Evaluation & Bid Support:

  • Screen project opportunities and assess commercial and strategic fit.
  • Support bid/no-bid decision-making with market and client inputs.
  • Assist in bid preparation, clarifications, and tender-related communication.

Lead Generation:

  • Focusing on generating qualified leads and tracking investment plans, project pipelines, and construction schedules of target clients.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Industrial and Construction sector.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or any related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in market development, business development, or commercial roles within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors specializes in plant projects;
  • With extensive exposure in Industrial Parks like PEZA or Engineering Consulting/Design Firm and Power Plants sectors;
  • With strong knowledge of the local manufacturing market; and
  • Fluent in English for professional and commercial communication
