Job Overview
The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination of projects from proposal stage to execution. The role requires strong client engagement skills and close collaboration with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and service recommendations
- Source and develop new accounts to support company growth
- Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure efficient execution
- Track project expenses and maintain profitability targets
- Oversee schedules, deliverables, and overall client experience
- Handle preparation of contracts, quotations, and billing requirements
- Consistently meet sales goals and revenue expectations
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related programs
- Background in sales, business development, account handling, or events management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills
- Results-driven and client-focused mindset
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
