Sales Admin Assistant

Role Overview

The Sales Admin provides reliable administrative and clerical support to the sales team. This role helps keep sales operations organized and efficient by handling documentation, reports, order processing, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in daily sales operations and documentation requirements
  • Support order processing and ensure completeness and accuracy of sales-related records
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and basic summaries
  • Coordinate with clients for basic follow-ups, document collection, and scheduling as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for sales documents
  • Assist in updating basic CRM records and customer information
  • Perform other administrative tasks that support sales performance and team efficiency
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • At least six (6) months experience in sales administration, sales support, or related administrative work
  • Experience handling administrative and clerical tasks supporting sales operations
  • Computer proficient (MS Office) and comfortable with basic CRM systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
