Executive Assistant – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle official correspondence, emails, and telephone communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments, branches, affiliates, and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for official business when required.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned in support of executive and organizational objectives.
