Business Development Officer
Job Purpose: Assist the Business Development Manager in BD initiatives including prospecting of target clients and initiating initial contact with target clients.
Key Functions:Revenue Generation - Assists in generating new business and signing up new clients for Lifelinks through market research initiatives.
Planning and budgeting - Analyzes and provides relevant information to provide input for the development, review, and implementation of the annual budget during planning.
Account Management - Coordinates with the Sourcing team and Processing and Documentation Team on queries brought up by new and old clients. Facilitates requirements of new clients to the Recruitment Team and Processing and Documentation Team.Sources and accredits training center/s or other service which may be requested by the clients as per position required.
Administrative Duties - Supports daily operations for client servicing and coordinates with the Billing and Collections Assistant. Perform clerical duties including handling telephone calls, mailing, filing and processing forms.
Competency Set: Graduate of Business Administration or Marketing course.
Preferably with 1-year experience in the service industry.Excellent Customer Service skills.
Knowledgeable on DMW rules.
Proficient with communication, writing, and speaking skills.
