Business Development Officer

Key Responsibility

The business development officer will be responsible for working on the strategies for the expansion of business, maintaining existing relationships, interdepartmental collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategizing the business development, sales, and marketing initiatives.
• Creating a pipeline plan by analyzing international portals and creating sales forecast according to the requirements and changes in pharmaceutical business.
• Overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of business development and sales activities to monitor the existing relationships with clients.
• Training the team for in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
• Identifying and plotting the business strengths and customer needs.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners in the market.
• Communicate and meeting with the manufacturers globally to ensure the developments of new drugs/medical devices is as per the client, market need and also create new and innovative ideas that can be a basis for boasting the business growth.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align business development department efforts and company objectives.
• Geeting feedback from clients and other stakeholders to improve products and services.
• Perform other related duties involving establishing and maintaining business relationships with officials of other companies.
• Attending conferences to learn about more opportunities and meet new potential partners.
• Training the sales and business development team to improve the way the business improves.
• Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
