B2B FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

A B2B Field Sales Executive job involves identifying and cultivating relationships with other businesses to sell products or services, often by visiting clients in person. Key responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, managing existing client accounts for retention, and meeting sales targets.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic planning, and the ability to work independently while traveling to client locations to build trust and drive sales.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Education: at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Commerce Business or any related course
  • Applicants must be residents of Bohol, Tacloban, or Bacolod, familiar with their respective areas, and willing to perform fieldwork.
  • With existing clients, such as Engineer, Architect, Developers, Contractors, Builders, Construction Firms, or a portfolio, etc.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Essential for building rapport and effectively communicating the value of products and services to potential and existing clients.
  • Strategic Thinking:
Developing and executing effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiation Skills:
Demonstrating strong negotiation abilities to secure high-value accounts and sales.
  • Problem-Solving:
Identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions to address them effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge:
A deep understanding of the products or services being sold is crucial for success.
  • Travel & Time Management:

The ability to plan routes and manage time effectively while traveling to meet clients.

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Researching and identifying potential business clients and generating new leads for sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to establish trust and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy & Presentations:
Developing and delivering customized presentations and proposals that address specific client needs and business challenges.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
Leading negotiations, preparing quotes and contracts, and successfully closing deals to achieve sales goals.
  • Account Management:
Providing ongoing support and service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and foster long-term business.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

Tracking sales activities, monitoring performance metrics, and providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
