Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate; college level preferred
- With 6 months to 2 years experience in retail, pharmacy, medical device, sales, merchandising, or promo activation
- Experience in customer service and basic selling is an advantage
- Knowledge in using BP monitor, Blood Glucose Monitor (BGM), thermometer, and other health testing devices is preferred
- Willing to conduct roving/store visits across assigned branches and locations
- Comfortable commuting daily while carrying portable demo/testing kits
- Can work mall or pharmacy operating hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Friendly, patient, confident, trustworthy, and approachable to customers
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented in monitoring displays, stocks, and reporting
- Conduct regular store visits and branch monitoring
- Perform blood pressure, blood sugar, and basic health testing for customers
- Demonstrate proper use of BP monitors, BGM devices, thermometers, and related healthcare products
- Assist and explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers
- Conduct basic selling and customer engagement activities
- Monitor product displays and perform before-and-after display checking
- Conduct stock checking and coordinate inventory concerns
- Provide reminders and coordinate with store staff regarding product displays and availability
- Submit photo reports and daily/weekly activity updates
- Support product activations, in-store events, and promotional activities
- Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of demo and testing equipment
