Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our key partners, including suppliers, corporate clients, and franchisees. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing account value, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
This role is critical in strengthening the BidaBoss ecosystem by fostering long-term partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers, corporate clients, and franchise partners.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and continuous engagement of clients within the BidaBoss ecosystem.
- Monitor account performance and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product) to address client needs.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare account plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service standards.
- Track and manage account metrics using CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on retention and growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
