Account Executive

POSITION: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Account Executive Job Description:

1. Responsible for taking care and growing of all assigned clients, aiming to continuously close sales.
2. Responsible for securing new clients that have not yet been penetrated by the Company.
3. Responsible for knowing, understanding, and selling the product catalogue offered by the Company.
4. Follow-up customer's inquiry until securing a PO and ensuring its delivery.
5. Monitors PO's of clients and makes sure all PO's have been served. Also responsible to follow up to the Sales Coordinator with notification to the Management in case there are pending deliveries.
6. Attends to supplier and customer queries and needs(such as but not limited to meetings, mockups, presentations) via email, phone call, or text message promptly, even beyond working hours especially during urgent matters or immediately on the morning of the following day.
7. Coordinates with supplier or the Company's technical team for any customer requests for mock up, inspections, submittals such as TDS, MSDS, test certificate, etc.
8. Joins the product presentation and mock up as requested by the customer
9. Helps in the mobilisation/demobilisation or project execution if necessary
10. Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience is required for this position.

Construction or industrial sector experience is essential for this role.

Bachelor's degree is required as minimum educational qualification.

Valid driver's licence is mandatory for conducting client visits.

Business proficient level English is required for effective customer communication.
