Senior Associate- Employee Relations

VISMOTOR CORPORATION is one of the fastest-growing and most promising motorcycle dealers in the Visayas region. We currently maintain 69 branches with approximately 500 employees.

VISMOTOR CORPORATION deals with classic and brand-new motorcycles like Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Yamaha. All in all, we offer Sales, Service, and Spare Parts.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

• Implements and monitors compliance with company policies and employee discipline processes.
• Organizes and conducts programs to ensure that personnel policies are properly implemented, e.g., training leaders on the enforcement of discipline within their departments/sections, orientation and refresher programs on the Code of Conduct, coaching and counseling certification programs, and other interventions to reinforce employee discipline.
• Coordinates and implements employee engagement programs to improve employee retention and boost employee morale.
• Conducts exit interviews and records responses.
• Performs HR-related administrative tasks to support the department's daily operational activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience

• At least a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related field.

1. With good communication (listening, conversational) and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
2. Must be computer literate with MS Office beginner proficiency.
3. Good analytical skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. An advantage: Knowledgeable on labor laws and other existing legislations.
6. Good time management skills.
