Charoen Pokphand Foods Philippines Corporation operates vertically integrated agro-industrial and food businesses, including livestock (swine, broiler, layer, duck) and aquaculture (shrimp and fish). Our businesses are categorized into three - Feed, Farm and Food and we also operate retail and food outlets across the globe.

JOB SUMMARY :

• Responsible for handling recruitment activities and supporting employee relations programs. The role includes sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, assisting in employee concerns, promoting positive workplace relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor standards.

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
• With experience in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, or HR administration
• Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR policies is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/timekeeping systems
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
