Customer Care Representative – Healthcare
- Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
- Salary Package: ₱18,000–₱24,000 basic + ₱7,000 allowance
- Shift: Night shift, starting 8 PM onwards | Fixed weekends off
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years completed in college (TOR required) or 2-year vocational graduate
- Minimum 12 months of BPO experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, or Life Insurance (handling benefits/claims)
- Comfortable handling 50–60 calls per day
- Knowledgeable in call center metrics (AHT/FCR/CSAT/etc.)
- Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps (tools provided)
- Payslip from previous employer required
