- Ensures that the new account holders do not have restrictions or negative activities that would make an impact with their account.
- Meets regulatory requirements and certain processing standards.
- Carries out I n-depth data collection and analysis.
- Uses email, chat, and phone to effectively and efficiently communicate with consumers.
- Assists and facilitates the timely, accurate, and empathic resolution of customer inquiries.
Qualifications/Requirements
At least Senior High/High School Graduate- Minimum of 6 months BPO/ Call Center experience.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule and on-site
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role.
- Has a high sense of responsibility, dependability, work ethics and integrity
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office and other computer applications.
