The Senior O/icer – TA Recruitment Marketing (Global Content & Communications) serves as the central creative, PR, and strategic hub for VXI’s employer brand storytelling. In this role, you will bridge the gap between global brand governance, external media relations, and local market nuances.
You will partner directly with regional Recruitment Marketing Points of Contact (POCs) across North America, APAC, and EMEA to co-create, curate, and optimize high-impact, digitalready content while proactively monitoring online brand sentiment.

Your mission is to position VXI as an employer of choice through strategic PR and social listening, driving high-volume applications for customer experience (CX) agent roles while simultaneously building talent pipelines for highly specialized, non-agent corporate positions.
Key Responsibilities
Global Content Strategy & Localization- Brand Stewardship: Serve as the guardian of VXI’s employer brand identity, ensuring all global recruitment marketing and PR communications maintain visual and tonal consistency.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for regional Recruitment Marketing POCs, establishing a collaborative framework to source local success stories and translate them into globally resonant content and media pitches.
- Cultural Agility: Review, refine, and adapt communication strategies to ensure they are culturally apt, legally compliant, and highly engaging for specific geographic talent pools.
- Multi-Channel Strategy: Conceptualize, write, and oversee the production of digital assets for diverse channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Glassdoor, local job boards, and internal communications.
- Segmented Copywriting: Draft compelling, highly targeted copy tailored to distinct candidate personas—from entry-level customer service agents to executive-level corporate leaders.
- Rich Media Coordination: Partner with internal creative teams or external multimedia agencies to produce video testimonials, infographics, podcast segments, and interactive digital brochures that highlight VXI’s unique workplace culture.
- PR & Earned Media Management: Collaborate with global corporate communications to identify external PR opportunities, draft press releases, and pitch compelling humaninterest or workplace-culture stories to regional HR, tech, and business publications.
- Award & Accolade Amplification: Lead the digital distribution and communication strategy for global and regional employer awards (e.g., Great Place to Work certifications), maximizing their visibility to active and passive talent pools.
- Sentiment Tracking & Response Strategy: Utilize social listening tools to actively monitor mentions of VXI's employer brand, recruitment processes, and workplace environment across digital platforms, forums, and review sites.
- Candidate Experience Optimization: Analyze sentiment trends and candidate drop-oZ points in the digital funnel to revise messaging on career sites and landing pages, maximizing conversion rates.
- Experience: 2–3 years of dedicated experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, PR/Corporate Communications, or Digital Content Strategy. Experience within aglobal BPO, shared services, or high-volume hiring industry is highly preferred.
- Strategic Expertise: Proven track record of developing multi-platform digital content and PR strategies that successfully generated candidate leads, enhanced brand sentiment, or drove community engagement.
- Market & Media Acumen: Strong knowledge of global and regional digital media trends, PR distribution practices, algorithmic shifts on social platforms, and modern creative formats.
- Reputation Management Skills: Experience in social listening, crisis or feedback communication mitigation, and managing employer reviews across varying geographic markets.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across varying time zones and cross-functional teams without losing attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing versatile writing styles (e.g., press releases, long-form blogs, punchy social copy, scriptwriting).
