Talent Sourcer (High-Volume Recruitment | Australian Market)

We are seeking a high-performance Talent Sourcer to support recruitment delivery for an Australian business.

This role is heavily focused on candidate sourcing and pipeline generation, not full-cycle recruitment. The primary objective is to identify, engage, and deliver high volumes of qualified candidates for recruiters to assess.

The ideal candidate has a strong agency recruitment background, is comfortable working at pace, and can consistently generate 200+ candidates per week across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Generation
  • Source candidates across multiple roles using:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Job boards (Seek, Indeed, and similar platforms)
  • Talent databases and referral networks
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines (200+ candidates per week)
Candidate Engagement & Outreach
  • Conduct initial outreach via calls, messages, and email
  • Make 20–30 outbound calls daily to engage and qualify candidates
  • Perform initial screening and basic qualification checks
Talent Database Management
  • Maintain and update candidate records in JobAdder (ATS)
  • Build and manage active talent pools for recurring hiring needs
  • Ensure accurate tracking of all sourcing activity and candidate status
Recruitment Support
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure consistent interview flow
  • Continuously improve sourcing methods, tools, and channels
  • Support multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Mandatory Requirements
  • 2–3+ years experience in agency recruitment
  • Strong focus on candidate sourcing and pipeline building
  • Proven ability to generate high-volume candidate output
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • JobAdder (required)
  • Job boards and sourcing tools
  • Comfortable making 20–30 outbound calls daily
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work at speed with high output expectations
Highly Preferred
  • Experience supporting Australian clients or recruitment markets
  • Exposure to sourcing roles in:

  • Marketing
  • Professional services
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced agency environments
