Job Summary:

Looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top sales talent for the organization. The Sales Recruiter will manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong networking skills, recruitment experience, and the ability to identify high-performing sales professionals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified sales candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and sales experience.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Understand hiring requirements for sales positions including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Sales Managers, and Customer Success roles.
  • Develop and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking in the ATS system.
  • Negotiate offers, compensation, and start dates with selected candidates.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Stay informed on sales hiring trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
