About the Role
Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our world-class facilities.
What You'll Be Doing- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities to identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues
- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and promote best practices
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials are properly stocked and maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest concerns and maintain a seamless guest experience
- Implement and monitor housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality control measures
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping team leader or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Proficient in the use of housekeeping equipment, supplies, and cleaning techniques
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
