We’re Hiring: Accounts Payable Team Lead!
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Team Lead to oversee end-to-end AP operations, drive process excellence, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced SAP S/4HANA environment.

Role: Accounts Payable Team Lead
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end AP operations across PO, Non-PO, imports, brokers, and employee expenses
- Ensure SLA, TAT, accuracy, and compliance targets are consistently met
- Oversee clearing of GRIR, VAT, MIT, EIT, CIP, and advance accounts
- Review accruals, reversals, month-end postings, and ensure accurate close activities
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and monitor AP aging and compliance reports
- Review key reports including MIT, non-compliance, BOC, and CARF monitoring
- Manage escalations with Procurement, Logistics, Treasury, and Finance teams
- Allocate workloads, manage capacity, and track team productivity
- Coach and develop analysts and senior analysts
- Ensure SOP compliance, audit readiness, and strong internal controls
- Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives
- Act as SME for SAP S/4HANA AP processes, including SAP BTP integrations
- Support UAT, system enhancements, and process transitions
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA is a plus)✔ 5–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting / AP operations
✔ Strong leadership experience in manufacturing or import-heavy AP environments
✔ Solid knowledge of customs, broker, and supplier financing transactions
✔ Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling skills
✔ Excellent analytical, reporting, and Excel skills
✔ Experience in audits, compliance reviews, and internal controls
✔ Background in process transition or stabilization is an advantage
