Area Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to own and expand our business across the Visayas region. Based in Cebu, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, penetrating new trade channels, and building a disciplined, high-performing field team.

• Drive regional sales revenue and volume across key Visayas territories; identify and open untapped trade channels, including specialty vape shops and convenience store networks.
• Manage key distributor partners and key accounts to ensure optimal product placement, stock rotation, and shelf-space execution.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a field team of Sales Officers covering Central and Western Visayas; establish route plans, visit frequencies, and audit trade execution, shelf space, and POSM compliance at retail locations.
• Partner with central trade marketing to execute localized consumer activations, trade promotions, and retailer incentive programs.
• Keep a pulse on competitor pricing, new product launches, and trade schemes to maintain strong market positioning.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5–8 years of sales experience with a proven track record in people management, distributor management, and field team leadership.
• Prior experience in the vape or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Strong English reading and writing skills; business proficiency is a plus.
• Willing to be based in Cebu with the ability to travel across Visayas; familiarity with the local retail/trade landscape is advantageous.
