Onboarding & Training Specialist

is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving onboarding and training programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
  • Facilitate training sessions on tools, systems, processes, and role-specific competencies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to tailor onboarding plans based on role and team needs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs and learning materials.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training and upskilling initiatives.
  • Support ongoing employee development through coaching and continuous learning programs.
  • Track onboarding progress and training effectiveness using defined KPIs.
  • Assess learner performance and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Continuously refine training programs based on performance data and feedback.
  • Standardize onboarding and training processes for consistency and scalability.
  • Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base resources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training delivery, content, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with HR, Sales, and Operations to align training with business priorities.
  • Act as a point of contact for onboarding-related concerns and training support.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • 3–5 years of experience in training, onboarding, or learning & development roles, with at least 3 years focused on training
  • 5+ years of contact center experience (B2B/SaaS).
  • Experience in onboarding sales or customer-facing teams.
  • Strong skills in tracking training effectiveness, managing KPIs, and adapting approaches to different learning styles and audiences
  • Experience in creating training materials, SOPs, and documentation
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, plus LMS or CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
