Training and Strategic OD Specialist

The Training and Strategic OD Specialist is responsible for and will be involved in the following:

• Co-development of end-user training materials (manuals, job aids, quick reference guides).
• Coordination and management of training schedules across workstreams.
• Supports “Train the Trainer” sessions and end-user enablement programs.
• Conducts training feedback collection and analyze learning effectiveness.
• Provides support in aligning training design with OD frameworks and company culture.

• Supports the conduct of change readiness and stakeholder impact assessments.
• Tracks and reports user adoption metrics, feedback, and pulse checks.
• Develops and manages dashboards on adoption, performance, and engagement.
• Recommends process improvement initiatives aligned with SAP-enabled workflows.

• College degree any social science/business/Industrial Engineering course.

• 1 year work experience in HR training and OD.
• Open to fresh graduates
