Position Overview

First Digital Finance Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, with a specific focus on BillEase operations and the Sales Team.

You will work closely with training managers and department heads to identify training needs, develop engaging learning materials, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development & Delivery
  • Assist in the design and development of comprehensive training programs, including needs analysis and instructional design.
  • Develop engaging training materials, such as presentations, manuals, videos, and simulations.
  • Create assessments and evaluations to accurately measure learning outcomes.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (both in-person and online) to employees at all levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and evaluation results.
Training Support & Administration
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, managing logistics and participant registration.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees and managers regarding training-related concerns and issues.
  • Assist in the administration of existing training programs, which includes updating materials and maintaining training records.
Performance Support & Improvement
  • Collaborate with department managers to proactively identify and address employee training needs.
  • Analyze training data to pinpoint areas for improvement and make actionable recommendations for program enhancements.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure all training programs fully comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain high-quality training standards and continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in training or instructional design is preferred, but not required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • A strong passion for learning and a genuine desire to contribute to employee development.
Key Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
