Responsibilities:

  • Research and Data Collection: Conduct thorough research on various topics using online resources, including websites and databases. This will involve extracting, organizing, and presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Presentation Development: Create and edit professional and engaging slide decks using presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint). This includes designing visually appealing layouts, incorporating data visualizations, and ensuring consistent branding.
  • Google Forms Management: Create, distribute, and manage basic Google Forms for surveys, feedback collection, and other data gathering purposes. This includes analyzing responses and presenting findings.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Marketing Support (Bonus): Assist with basic marketing tasks, such as social media management, content creation, or email marketing campaigns (if applicable). This may include drafting social media posts, creating simple graphics, or scheduling content.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned, which may include event planning, research projects, or other ad-hoc tasks.
