Qualifications:
- Preferred educational background: Bachelor’s or Advanced studies in HR.
- Good understanding of HR technology and systems, Metrics.
- Must have strong background with Employee Relations, HRBP, Total Rewards
- Total years of industry experience: Minimum of 20 years of professional experience of which at least 15 years in strategic HR or HRBP roles.
- Preferred candidate will be from GCC organization.
- International experience with US companies/clients is a plus.
- Should have experience in working across Global Matrix.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align workforce planning and organizational design with business goals.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts and guide management on disciplinary and labor relations matters.
- Talent Management: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive pay and benefits packages.
- Data & Analytics: Oversee HRIS, create HR dashboards, and leverage data for decision-making.
