Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strateg
2. Talent Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle; develop and execute a highly organized and aesthetic employer branding strategy to attract top-tier talent.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all local, state, and federal labor laws; maintain essential corporate documentation such as Business Permits and Certificates of No Pending Case.
4. Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues; conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys to drive workplace improvements.
5. Development & Growth: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance; identify high-potential staff for internal promotions and leadership trainee programs.
6. Compensation & Benefits: Monitor and maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program; oversee payroll accuracy and administrative record-keeping.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience: Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive (typically 5+ years).

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in data analysis and organizational tools (e.g., Google Sheets and Google Forms for survey and tenure analysis).

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
