HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening of applicants, and interview coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases to ensure organized hiring processes.
• Support onboarding activities such as coordinating pre-employment requirements and new hire orientation.

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and process HR documents such as contracts, memos, certifications, and reports.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and basic HR concerns.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR programs.
• Support documentation and coordination of employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and policy communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or another related field.
• Previous experience working in human resources.
• The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
• Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.
• Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
• Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
• Proficient writing skills to produce reports.
• In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
• The ability to evaluate recruiting software packages and to recommend those which are best suited to the company.
