PGA Green Global Solutions Co. is hiring Accounting Staff to support our daily accounting operations. This role focuses on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and BIR-related documentation, while working closely with the Accounting Supervisor and the rest of the team.
What you’ll do
One or more of the following...- Assist in Accounts Payable tasks (checking supplier documents, preparing payment requests, filing)
- Assist in Accounts Receivable tasks (invoicing support, recording collections, tracking accounts)
- Help prepare and organize BIR-related documents and schedules (supporting files for compliance)
- Encode and maintain accurate accounting records in an ERP/accounting software
- Keep records organized (digital and physical filing) for easy retrieval
- Coordinate with other departments for missing documents and clarifications
- Support basic reconciliations and other accounting tasks as assigned
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course
- Experience in AP and/or AR is preferred (fresh grads with good fundamentals are welcome, if you want to allow this)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can follow processes well
- Comfortable using ERP/accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
