ADMIN AND ACCOUNTING OFFICER

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Officer to support accounting, receivables, payables, inventory documentation, and daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping and daily transaction recording
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare invoices and reports
  • Coordinate collections and payments
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Support inventory documentation and reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or Business-related course
  • Experience in accounting/admin preferred
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Honest, dependable, and proactive

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 8:00AM - 5:00PM
